By accessing or using the services provided by REKODE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

REKODE provides AI-powered business solutions, including but not limited to:

• AI Strategy & Consulting
• Custom AI Application Development
• Workflow Automation & Integration
• AI Literacy & Technical Training
• Operational Audits

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to agree to these terms
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the services will not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are the exclusive property of REKODE or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment & Fees

Service fees and payment terms are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are quoted in Euros and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REKODE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
